PODZ VENDORS
PODZ Vendors are unique, independent retailers who can customise and occupy their POD on a long term lease. Unit size from 193 sq ft to 500 sq ft.
Vendors are carefully selected to offer customers a bespoke and varied shopping, eating and lifestyle experience.

PODZ LOCATIONS
The first PODZ site in the UK will open in Q3 2025 at St Peter’s Way Retail Park in Northampton.
The PODZ concept can be brought to any site with the appropriate space, infrastructure and footfall opportunities.
